You Have the Power
I was prompted this morning, to provide this information to you:
I know many of you, if not most of you (me included) are realizing the challenging times we're in.
So challenging, in fact, that many of us are wondering how we're going to keep going.
Have you noticed, "if it isn't one thing getting in our way now and disrupting our day, it's a number of things?"
Maybe it's the weather triggering your emotions, a phone call you hoped you wouldn't get, a diagnosis you didn't expect or an unexpected, angry confrontation with someone you've been dealing with, an argument with your spouse/partner that came out of nowhere, or you're receiving threatening letters from credit card companies and now you're so tired of dealing with shit happening (that you've had no problem dealing with before) that you really feel like you're getting nowhere and fast.
Don't let your circumstances dictate the terms.
Understand that this is a battle we're all in.
So, let's start with learning how to take charge of our situation (this doesn't mean our situation will change but you will) by gaining the steps necessary to attain the confidence and focus needed to master the problems and challenges you face.

1. Start living in the Present moment (not in the past and not in the future).
Start to take control of your thoughts.
When you get an unsettling thought, something disturbing, fear filled, immediately rebuke it by acknowledging you are the one in control and not it.
If you continue allowing Fear permission to control and overwhelm you, it will continue to do so.
2. Stop the chatter in your brain.
3. Acknowledge where you are, right now, whether standing in the kitchen, brushing your teeth or getting dressed and say something positive like, "I'm going to have a good day."
Remember you are living in the Present - not the Past (it no longer exists) and not the future as it is yet to be defined (by You).
By acting in the Present and defining your actions and your decisions with confidence and courage, you are actually starting to create your own future.
Continue honoring the Present as you are contributing to its Positive energy manifesting in your life making way for positive and rewarding experiences.
Remember, you have the power over Fear not the other way around.
But only by exercising this Power will you see anything good coming of it.

Regardless of who and or what, would you agree that we're smack dab in the middle of something so big we can't even define it and, that, more crap is heading our way? If you say yes than the next question is, "how do we prepare?" I'm hoping that this reading will help you, even if it's just a little bit. ***** 1. SITUATION Card means: WALK THE WAY WITH COURAGE In order to do this, we must first learn how to "ground" ourselves (grounding: also known as "earthing" is connecting your body to earth's natural rhythm by walking barefoot on the soil or using grounding products). You can look these products up on the internet. Eating healthy; finally admitting you may have an alcohol or drug problem and taking steps to deal with it, making a habit of immersing yourself in a warm bath or taking a refreshing shower; taking time to remove unwanted items in your house; setting up a room in your house for prayer and meditation, actively pursuing keeping a positive attitude which I know, for many of us (if not all) will be difficult but necessary. 2. CHALLENGE Card means: HEAL THROUGH WITHDRAWAL (Surrender) Earth and all life are undergoing a major transformation and something we cannot stop. Instead of fighting it, banging your fists on the wall (or, ignoring the writing on the wall) opting to sink into despair, start realizing that sometimes in life (and this, definitely is one of them), you need to surrender to something you have little to no control over. 3. GUIDANCE Card means: ENDURANCE (Perseverance) Successfully gaining the Fortitude, Resilience and Discipline necessary to pass through the portal presently manifesting, affecting all of us. 4.
