Everything is cyclical and constantly changing in our lives and on this planet and we need to develop the awareness and physical, mental and spiritual structure of rhythms to deal with this reality. Our world is in a constant state of movement, continually flowing through various states. The trouble is we've divorced ourselves from this ancient knowledge of cycles which is Nature. We continue to ignore the healing and spiritual importance of Nature that we are as much a part of it as it is a part of us. During these extremely challenging times, we are being reminded that we need to ground ourselves in order to not get blown off course. In order to accomplish this, we need to learn to re-align ourselves with this rhythm of nature (life) as we continue to experience the changing seasons, moon cycles, celestial and world events. This saying means that whatever occurs over our heads (signs in the heavens, alignments, comets, eclipses, etc.) the meaning or meanings of these events will shortly manifest on earth. It is time to start paying attention to your physical, spiritual and mental health needs. Take a nap, start paying attention to what you eat and drink, who your friends are, what you watch on t.v. and who and what you listen to. All of these can have effects on us whether big or small. They can either inspire us to move forward positively or prevent us from doing what we need to be doing by instilling instead, fear and anxiety. 4.
