THE SUPREME COURT

While it is true that we are facing a serious Constitutional crisis in the Supreme Court with the death of the brilliant conservative justice Antonin Scalia, few people realize that this is just the inevitable result of a constitutional crisis involving the court that has been building up for years. 

          It has largely been ignored because unfortunately many Americans don’t understand that the Supreme Court was designed by the founding fathers to be a separate, but equal branch with the Congress and the Executive Branch headed by the President. Article 3, Section 2 of the Constitution establishes the limited jurisdiction of the court. It states in part that: “The judicial Power shall extend to all cases, in Law and Equity, arising under the Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority…” This also includes “Controversies between two or more states” or between citizens of different states.

          When you read Article 3 of the Constitution you will find that there is nothing that authorizes the Supreme Court or any other federal court to make new laws, amend existing laws, and certainly not to amend the Constitution on their own. Yet, that is what activist federal judges at all levels, including the Supreme Court have decided they are entitled to do. This change was orchestrated over the years by Democrats in the White House and the U.S. Senate, and unfortunately aided and abetted by weak Republican Presidents and Senators who were willing to compromise with the Democrats.

          Obama, his fellow Democrats in the House and Senate, as well as the liberal news media are demanding that the Senate vote on any one nominated by the President. They claim it is required by the Constitution when in fact that there is no such requirement. The Constitution requires that any nominee be approved by the Senate before taking a seat on the court. It does not require that the Senate schedule a vote if it refuses to do so, which itself constitutes a rejection of the nominee.

          Ironically, when you listen to the arguments made by the left, they are essentially demanding that the Republicans in the Senate vote to affirm whoever Obama nominates, regardless of whether or not they will defend the U.S, Constitution and the liberties protected by it. This is another example of the hypocrisy of the left. The fact is that the last three Supreme Court nominees rejected in up or down votes in the Senate were nominees of Republican presidents and the nominations were defeated by Democrat controlled Senates.

          When Obama was in the Senate while George W. Bush was president he voted against both of Bush’s nominees to the Supreme Court, and joined with other Democrats to keep most of the other Bush nominees to serve on other federal courts from even being voted on. He did this simply because he opposed anyone on the court who did not agree with his efforts to destroy the Constitution.  Yet, both of the Obama nominees to the court received votes from republican senators and have consistently followed the Obama/progressive agenda.

          That is why Republican Senators have to stand firm and not allow Obama to appoint another justice who will ignore the Constitution, amend it, or legislate from the bench. Too often in the past Republican Presidents have nominated so-called moderates to the Supreme Court like Anthony Kennedy, and Republican Senators have voted to affirm leftist judges like Kagan and Sotomayor.

          There should, in fact, be a litmus test for Supreme Court appointees. The test should be whether they will abide by their oath of office to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same…” or whether they will consider themselves above the law and superior to the Constitution.

          The same test should be applied to candidates for congress and particularly to candidates for President. If the progressives gain control of the Supreme Court we will be effectively under the dictatorship that Obama, Hilary Clinton, and Bernie Sanders want to impose upon us. We have to put the brakes on this runaway train we are on that is carrying us to the destruction of our Constitutional republic, our economy, and our Constitutional rights.

          It is time that as Americans we alert the politicians of both parties that if they continue to fail us and allow our Constitution to be taken down, we will have no choice but to exercise the ultimate power granted to us by the Declaration of Independence, that allows us to alter or abolish a government that subjects us to tyranny. The specific language is “But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”

          The concept is certainly not new in this country, it is called revolution, and it may soon be our last resort.

A human being is the filling between two slices of bread:   2+1 = 3.

The Third Humanity is 1 (Spirit) +1 (Mind) + 1 (Body) which equals 3 and completes a spiritual triangle (which some Ancients believed was a key to describing the 'secret order of the cosmos.')  

This spiritual triangle or life force is available to all of us and resides within all of us, enabling us to literally talk to the trees.

If we can come to understand that everything in the cosmos is made up of energy (life force) and this energy vibrates at certain levels, either up or down depending on our own spiritual cognizance, we can attune and align ourselves with this energy or choose to tune it out.

Inert objects such as wood, crystals, rocks and stones have an energy within.

When you pick up a stone, you are holding in your hand an object that is million of years old and was formed using earth, water and heat.  

Its inner energy stares back at you in lovely spirals or petite clusters of sparkling chips or as a myriad of tiny lines that remind one of the constellations.

We are constantly thrown off track in our spiritual quest by a throbbing headache (distractions, bickering, war, rage, discontent, etc.) and this obstacle temporarily blocks and cuts off the flow of energy between ourselves and those objects we're trying to connect with.

In order for this planet (and us) to ascend to a more harmonious state of well being, we need to 'tune out' those distractions.  

If you are some of those who are becoming more aware of your surroundings and the negative impact they are having on your life then you are becoming more spiritually aware.

When we are all living in the dark we can't see anything at all.

And there are those on this planet who wish for this not to change.

When we are able to see with the aid of the Light, we are now more attuned to fixing our problem, thus benefiting not only us but mankind as a whole.

One, Two Three ~ is there for you and me.  

The Joker is Us

I feel like I'm living in two worlds.

The one I'm in right now is slipping away.

The other one is just a hair's breath away.

I feel a soft rush of air on my cheek and the strands of my hair move like a whisper.

I am sitting on an old high back sofa, its plush and soft shoulders gently sloping around me, comfortably cradling me.  It's faded soft blue with pale pink roses that wind and vine all over it.

It smells of sweet memories of long ago.  

Children and laughter, a spring rain, the earthy smell of wet earth, Grandmother's dried flowers lying on an apothecary's table, honey bees busily gathering nectar, old folk huddled in a corner discussing the weather, babes held tightly in their mother's arms, dogs barking down the street, sorrow as a loved one is laid out in the parlor while relatives gather quietly to discuss the life that has just passed, thunderous silence as the Pastor offers up a sermon, the sun interrupting the goings on as she gloriously displays her radiance and beauty, flirting with the trees, her lovely rays filtering down through the tree limbs, her lively exuberance dancing all over the wooden floor.

I'm watching a movie called World War Z and it feels as if it's real and not make believe.

We are devouring one another.

We have turned into savages, the very Zombies we fear.

We have reached our zenith in depravity and power and control and greed and hatred and strife and killing on this planet.

All of us are to blame.  

We can all pat ourselves on the back that we indeed did accomplish one thing together on this planet--our own demise.  

We watch as the world methodically continues to fan the flames of a firestorm of its own making and we're helpless to control it because we're all caught up in it.

Life is a web of lies.

It is illusion that everything is going to be okay because it never is.

We are an experiment that went horribly wrong.

Those who stand up to this Truth are snuffed out.

Those who stand up to The Truth that we are just a herd of cattle and are being used, categorized and cataloged, poked and prodded, herded and humiliated are ridiculed, excoriated, excommunicated.

We stand before our fateful mirror and realize that the face staring back at us is The Joker.

A malevolent and cunning creature, this man made caricature, straight out of hell with evil eyes and a sinister grin.

It even went so far as to apply the harlot's blood red paint to its lips and accentuate the hollow around its eyes and applied paint to its sunken cheeks, just so it would appear even more menacing.

We just can't seem to get enough of our dark side, can we?  

A Reckoning is being prepared for us but we are ignorantly unaware as we are too drunk on our own power, drooling and salivating at our own conquests, elevating our own sorry egos.  

We continue to taunt the flames of disaster and ignore they are coming closer and closer to consuming us whole.

We delight in our wickedness and fetishes, feign and plan and plot and guzzle down the Adversary's sweet poison because it feels, oh, so good.

We just can't help ourselves.

We draw ever closer to the fiery furnace, dancing uncontrollably as we swim in our own torrid sweat dancing oblivious to the danger, drunk on our own power, our own accomplishments, horribly unaware to how close we are to disaster yet hungering for more conquests, more this, more that, more and more and more.    

We're deliciously flirting with the flames but don't notice that they are growing more brazen, more bold as their red hot tentacles reach out and stroke our flesh, a soft caress in a maniacal dance that is growing even more frenzied but only serves to make us want more and more and more.

We have turned into the Joker and are too stupid to recognize this fact and that the joke is now on us.  
We were given a chance on this planet and we blew it to hell.

There were warning signs all around us but we opted for the easy path.

The easy way out.

We are all connected, you know, but there are now more of them than there are of us and they are winning.

I think it's some potion we drank a long time ago that is only now showing up in our DNA, kinda like a slow moving cancer you don't know you have until its too late.

This poison twists and turns in your gut.

There is a saying, if you don't make the decision to turn something around, then a decision will be made for you.

I think that humanity has reached the point where the decision has already been made.

We're just being allowed to hang around solely for the purpose of seeing the results.

2016 ~Chinese Year of the Monkey

The energy this year is covert, uncaring, hurtful and abrasive.

It's like a slap in the face you didn't see coming, leaving a stinging red welt on your cheek.

An "in your face" energy that doesn't care about feelings or who gets hurt.  

It's on a mission.

I'd say this energy started about ten days ago, right after the New Year.

This energy is all about Me, Me, Me (Ego) and its been building up for the past several years.

From the Stock Market to the little guy, no one is going to escape it.  

It's like a fog that slowly descends over everything.  

My gut feeling is hunker down.

I think a major turn (or event) is right around the corner, for all.

Past Life

Knowledge is a very precious thing.  It is wondrous and profound, something that has to be yearned for in order for the seeker partake of its sweet wisdom.

Something to be sought after.

Today, knowledge is forbidden.

Today we are all told what to do, how to think and humiliated if we choose to do otherwise.  

Something the elites (those who have elevated themselves into positions of power in order to control others) don't want you to know about as they covet it to excess and are unwilling to share it with others because once you obtain knowledge, "Knowledge is Power".

These elites have appointed themselves as the annointed ones, the "appointed ones" who have taken it upon themselves to be the Masters of Our Fate.

But, in Truth, they are exactly the opposite of who they profess to be.

I have to ask, aren't we all in control of our own fates?

Do we need government or others to dictate how we live our lives?  How we raise our children?

I listened to Bernie Sanders speech tonight after he won New Hampshire.

Parts of his message appealed to me but then, from past experience, the solutions he offered to this country's problems, as much as he believes they can work, may not and will not.    

But, at least Bernie offered "something.

The public education in this country is appalling.

It is not at all about "educating" children into becoming productive members of society but a continuing indoctrination into a liberal mindset so the elite can keep manufacturing and spewing their lies and control, counting on more of these naive youngsters to vote liberal, ensuring they they maintain their grip and remain in power.

Real, meaningful, spiritual, conscious change will only occur once humanity becomes totally aware of the absolute dominance and hypocrisy held by a few to control the many.

In life, in order to adjust, we have to adapt and overcome obstacles, just like the animal species that accompany us on our journey.

Bernie's message was a message that resonates with all of us:

 --Hope and Change (sound familiar?) so lofty, so familiar, so meaningful, so eloquent it its prose and promise but then we are inevitably forced to come to grips with where this hope and change rhetoric is is going and where it will end up.

Is it, possibly, some kind of mental psy ops?

If we ever want to see real hope and change on this planet it is going to come from all of us, not just a few.

What struck me tonight in Bernie's speech was that he at least laid out his plans for this country, even though I disagreed, unlike any other Republican or Democratic candidate.

This "race" for the WH has been a complete farce.

How stupid  can we (an electorate) be?

In our esoteric world (hidden knowledge) community there are those who sense what's going on but, alas, their message falls on deaf ears.

Many are so bedridden, (unable to get out of their own stupor and totally reliant on others to do their thinking for them) so saturated with false lies they fell for that never came to pass and so pissed off at everyone because of where they are now, that they will grasp at anything to make them feel good even though what they are hearing doesn't make one iota of sense.

If you are a student of world history (if the truth not edited or omitted because some authoritarian creature deemed this information unworthy of your interest or decided you do not have a "need to know") you will find that time and time again, the ancients (learned men and women) who had access to mankind's origins were either excommunicated (courtesy of the Catholic Church) or singled out, excoriated, ridiculed and removed from society as they were deemed to be too knowledgeable (a threat) for man's benefit.

I challenge you, if you feel that you are caught up in a vicious loop of lies that prevents you from knowing your true birthright on this planet to rise up and stand in the way of those who only want to enslave you.

Look beyond the rhetoric.

Demand that your voice be heard.

We are at a crucial and necessary cusp in our evolution as many are waking up.

Do not be afraid.

Many are feeling the same thing you are.

It is time to act as One because We Are All One.

Liberal Hypocrisy

LIBERAL HYPOCRISY

The current presidential campaign for the Democratic nomination is highlighting the fact that liberal democrats are some of the world’s greatest hypocrites. Hilary Clinton assails Wall Street bankers and big corporations, but has accepted over 21 million dollars to speak to these banks, investment firms, and other groups including charities. She has also gotten millions in campaign contributions from Wall Street firms.

          She also demands income equality and the redistribution of wealth through higher taxes on most Americans, except for her and Bill because they hide much of their money in offshore accounts or in their so-called charitable foundation. This is standard operating procedure for the leftist in this country. They make grand announcements of things that need to be addressed, but there are always exceptions.

          Obama and the leftists are telling us that it is wrong to blame any group, particularly Muslims for the acts of terrorism committed in the name of radical Islam. Sounds reasonable, but then there are exceptions. The left blames the NRA and all other supporters of the Second Amendment to the Constitution for all of the mass shootings in the country including those committed by jihadists. This is despite the fact that no mass shooter has ever been found to be a member of the NRA.

          Another exception is American military veterans, who are classified by the Department of Homeland Security as potential domestic terrorists simply because they are veterans. In the meantime, the left is laying out the welcome mat for illegals and Middle Eastern Muslim refugees even if they pose a potential danger to American citizens. They receive free housing, food, welfare benefits, education, and health care. The bleeding heart liberals claim that these people are entitled to these things because they are needy and refugees. 

          However, they make an exception when it comes to America’s heroes, our military veterans. Thousands of them are homeless while the federal government and the mayors of sanctuary cities ignore their plight in order to help illegals and refugees. American veterans are dying while trying to get the medical treatment they are legally entitled to and earned with their service, because resources are being diverted to people who have done nothing for America.

          The left loves to talk about the rights of women, getting them equal pay for equal work, protecting the financial future of abortion mills like the clinics run by Planned Parenthood, and talking about the mythical Republican “war on women”, while refusing to criticize Sharia law that relegates millions of women around the world to virtual slavery. They are considered chattels and denied jobs, education, and can even be beaten or killed by their fathers or husbands.

          This is part of the liberal hypocrisy that has elevated political correctness to the status of their new religion. They claim PC promotes diversity and protects freedom of speech in the workplace, and in schools and universities, except that if you are a conservative, a supporter of the Constitution, a Christian or anyone who dares to disagree with the liberal agenda diversity does not apply to you and you don’t have freedom of speech. In fact, disagreeing with the left is classified as “hate” speech.

          Liberals tout political correctness as defense of freedom of religion, so you can’t criticize the Muslim religion, but it is fair game to attack Christians and Jews. PC also defends the so called “right” to gay marriage, the right of teachers to push the gay agenda in schools, but refuses to allow anyone else to exercise their Constitutional right to disagree on the basis of their religious beliefs.  

          Political correctness is being used to destroy the morale of our military, destroy the morale of our police and other first responders, rewrite American history, dumb down our young people, and break the back of the millions of Americans who believe in the traditional values that have made this country great.

          Unfortunately, while many people reading this are aware of this hypocrisy, millions of Americans are totally clueless about its existence. Thus they don’t even know that their rights are being taken away, or for that matter even know what their rights are. We have to re-educate our own population, beginning with the young people, otherwise the Obama/Clinton totalitarian philosophy will win.

How can I get across the importance of embracing each and every day?

It's a gift that many will not experience as they are no longer with us while many others have had this gift savagely ripped from them.  

Be grateful for what you have and don't get caught up in chasing after things that have no meaning.  

Many of the things we hunger after are worthless and have no redeeming value whatsoever other than to fill a momentary want.

Don't keep filling your minds with fluff but strive toward those things that have lasting, deep and intrinsic value.

How can I get across how important it is to recognize and acknowledge there are those who have great wisdom here on this planet due to their life experiences but are being shut out by those who don't want us to learn to love and show goodness and mercy toward each other.

We are in need of great healing down here.  Healing in our hearts, our bodies, our souls.

However we are in the clutches of those who only want to use us, make money of us and bury us.

These entities and organizations only want to distract and divide and whip us up into a frenzy in their efforts toward involving us in more conflicts and more wars.  

Because of this cabal, we are losing control over our rightful place and role on this planet and our position in the celestial sphere of things, our humanity, that part of us that is charitable and forgiving, loving and compassionate.

The learned ones who are in our midst, don't shout their presence from the rooftops to get our attention but go about their lives with great humility, guiding and assisting those in need.

You will recognize them for who they truly are and when the pupil is ready, "the teacher will appear."

These benevolent human beings are here solely to help others.

This earth we live on is a beehive of activity, an extraordinary conundrum of colorful and vibrant life that still puzzles the scientists and holds most of us in awe.    

There are people of unimaginable beauty and a richness of color, different personalities and dialects, opinions and beliefs.

When you're able to view all of this splendor from above, the whole entire complex picture becomes simplified and visible and the immensity of it all, the magnificence of it all, the magnitude of it all, the perfection of it all and the intricate Divine engineering with which it was all put together comes slowly into focus, leaving one speechless.

The deep cadence, the Ohm of our existence, the subterranean throaty drone that lies just beneath, the intelligent, sensual, vibrant hum of life silently and continuously weaves its way throughout our lives, day in and day out.

It is a blessing to be here and strive to do my best to help others, hopefully imparting some of what I have learned in order to help and guide others:    

I am a soft kiss, the morning dew, a lovely rainbow, the full moon, a sunset, a Hummingbird, a Firefly, The Egyptian Goddess Isis, The Greek Goddess Cybele, The Hierophant or the Empress, the High Priestess or The Hermit, Hecate, The King of Swords or The King of Cups.

Who's to say that we don't change gender from time to time in our incarnations?

But most of all I am The Fool who continues to show up again and again as he continues to learn more lessons thereby gathering more students to instruct; he has traversed this way before and through his incarnations has once again opted to shed his old worn out skin for a new one full of promise and a brand new spiritual acuity; who is willing to teach others what he has learned; who is comfortable with who he is as he starts out on a new journey as he has learned that there is no Beginning and no End, it's just one giant cycle, the wheel that keeps turning round and round.

He will leave this earth plane when called home and will venture forth again into the unknown, one more time, a brand new soul wearing his old habit and all for the purpose of instructing others, lighting their path and introducing them to the Mysteries of their Existence.  

I'm already planning and looking forward to my next journey here...

Was Hate Genetically Engineered?

I'm beginning to believe (just a theory of mine) that other planets' inhabitants are not so different from earth in that they have been around much longer than we have, thus evolving to a much higher level of consciousness or let's just call it conscience.

We, on earth are groping for straws and continue at a snail's pace not even knowing how to make it to first base in our own evolution from the stone age to one of enlightenment.

Judging from what's happening here, one has to assume we have a very long, long way to go.

It's a given if we don't put down our weapons and find some sort of middle ground on this planet, our chances of survival will continue to dwindle.        

Of course, trying to convince those who know nothing other than self, separation, rage, hostility, conflict and aggression, is a big challenge.

How and why is it that we continue to see those who unleash their virulent rage on others, freely, with no remorse other than they didn't kill enough of them off?

What drives human beings to continue to kill, at will?    

The inhabitants on these other planets (which look a lot like us BTW, despite the fact that all we hear about are reptilians, Praying Mantis and Greys) have learned to accept one another despite their differences and focus on what unites them instead of what divides them.

Or could it be that they were all conceived with no differences at all and that is the big reason why they are all able to work with one another and freely contribute to the welfare of all?

I'm not talking Socialism, Capitalism, or Communism.

I'm talking about a society that actually works together, contributing to the good of all and people are happy, healthy and prosperous.

It is difficult to gage the evolutionary milestones of other planetary inhabitants from our own human perspective as that is all we have to go by.

So, the sky's the limit when it comes to wondering the hows and whys.

But don't you agree that this world is definitely not working?

Maybe, just maybe, the really big question we all need to be asking ourselves is how can we survive together and unite in a common cause--our own survival and future?

A leader who can unite the world together toward peace and prosperty would be nice, too, but I don't see anyone on the horizon that even comes close.

But maybe the solution is not one of us being the solution but ALL of us working together toward one.

What an uplifting idea.

Ah, how hushed and undarkened is the mind of a knife, its lackluster blade lying alone and dormant in a kitchen drawer.

Yet it somehow springs to life as when one is asked a question, doesn't answer but remains stoically silent...just a brief pause in conversation and now you are startled by their sudden defiance, a subtle yet unmistakable line drawn in the sand by the mind of a finely honed blade, a refusal and resistance on their part that now deeply transcends any hope of further conversation on a subject they clearly do not want to pursue anymore.

The conversation now turns to small talk,,,"what did you think of the weather this afternoon" or, "how are the kids?"

You feel that this person has now (for reasons known only to them) revealed an intimate part of themselves, something fierce, maybe an unwillingness to continue talking because of something they fear.

They now have revealed a chink in their armor and one that has taken you by surprise because you always thought this person could not, possibly, be afraid of anything.

You come away with the feeling that there is another side and this is someone you definitely do not want to reckon with if pushed too far.    

The sly glint of a blade was seen, but for an instant, as your mind caught a momentary glimpse of a silvery flash as it was seen cutting the air in half.      

This is an example of just one of the many energies that we may encounter and be subjected to during the course of our lives.

It's bad enough you're dealing with one energy but what if a myriad of others are involved?

It can become extremely difficult if not downright impossible to sort them all out.

This is why Empaths need to take breaks often from daily routines (meditation and prayer) because the emotional turmoil they're sensing and experiencing is just too much to handle.

This is a normal occurrence for those who are deeply connected to the many earth vibrations and energies that surround all of us.

This ability is inherent in all but is not easily recognized because of the extraordinarily busy lives we live.

Who has time to sit down and sort out a bunch of feelings when you're trying to pay the bills, raise a family and keep a roof over your head?

I do believe that sometime down the road though, scientists are going to finally acknowledge that this ability definitely deserves some type of recognition and research.

It may very well end up helping others and offer humanity some solutions to the myriad of problem it now faces.

At this point, we need all the help we can get.
