Reading: "The Great Awakening"

The Crystal: The Situation Card asks us to revisit our values. Maybe we forgot how meaningful it is to have a loving family, supportive friends and faith that will guide us through difficult times. Turn on your crystal (your inner light) and share this light with others.

The Oppressed: The Challenges/Expectations Card details problems that are "oppressing" or standing in our way: Government; lack of jobs, high mortgage and rental rates; COVID lockdowns; insane fuel prices, food and baby formula shortages, vaccine mandates, credit card debt.

The Skull: The Hidden Card is Death, meaning endings. But without death new things cannot come into existence. Death is physical death but can also mean the death of something, a "system", a way of living or doing business, something that has outlived its usefulness. Things have to die in order for something new to sprout and grow. The end of a cycle.

The Willow: The Advice Card shows a picture of a Willow Tree. Its message: "We have a better chance of surviving uncertain times if we learn to bend instead of remaining rigid". In a storm the Willow may lose a few limbs but not the whole tree. It bends in the wind and goes with the flow, so to speak. Maybe we need to adopt this attitude. A little more patience, a little more faith, a little more bending instead of breaking - "We have the power to overcome whatever is thrown at us".

The Maiden: The Outcome Card reminds us of our Divine nature. We are clothed in a body made of flesh and blood but our spiritual origin is Divine. The Maiden represents this state of purity and growing in grace before being corrupted. Think of a baby, not yet exposed to outside influences, innocent and unaware of the evil in the world. This is the state of being we were all born into until we were exposed to satanic influences.

The numerical value of this reading is 10: Completion, end of a cycle and renewal; transformation into new beginnings

I am a Daughter of the Revolution. My blood has stained the ground. In this cherished land my boots have trod. In this cherished land my fears have gnawed- but I've thrown them off with a guffaw. With musket, powder, cloak and dagger, I am unlike polities swagger, for I am honour bound. The trees, my cover, the babbling brook, await the line I bait with hook. For up ahead opposition lies. And I am one and they are five. Covert and silent, I know the drill, as I creep across yon silent hill. I push aside locks grazing brow and grasp my

There's a part of me I'll never know that long lost Indian of many moons ago my daughter's name was Many Bluebells with spittled hair and sweated brow and forced to run the gauntlet now that led us all right straight to hell the muted sun the frozen ground nothing making any sound bodies lying all around staring faces with grimaces upon a bunch of primitives this I was told not long ago and one I hope to more deeply know.
