Tis a Noble Thought or Deed

Saint Aldegundis, Virgin and Abbess, c. 639-684
The word "noble" (from the Latin "nobilitas) is rarely used anymore yet I believe could still be used to define some individuals or professions today.

5.  Grandeur or magnificence.
6.  Noble birth or rank.
