Down here it's hard to separate things as we're in the fray; up there we get a View from Above as to what is really going on down here.

Heroes
When we're in crisis mode and panicking, it's hard to concentrate on the things that really matter in life.
Right now we're all groping around trying to find something solid to hold onto because of the global menace of The Coronavirus.
It has literally changed our lives and the way the world operates.
But there are some things that don't change and we're finding out what they are: Leadership in times of crisis, our faith that we'll get through this, love of family, finding hope in the midst of chaos and confusion and realizing that we have more patience than we thought.
Some advice during these trying times: When you feel your mind filling with fearful and negative thoughts, "how am I ever going to get out of this, how am I going to pay my mortgage, will I still have a job, etc. start realizing that these thoughts are designed to wear you down and bring you down.
Any good that is being manifested in your life, right now, will be lost or lessened to such an extent that it will have no positive impact.
When you start becoming anxious and fearful realize that you are being hijacked.
You and nobody else is in control of your thoughts.
So, learn to take charge of them. This will not be easy at first because they're so used to showing up when they want to, as you've offered little or no resistance.
This is what you need to do:
1. Recognize them when they first show up
2. Instantly rebuke them (I'm in charge, not you) and start thinking positively
This simple act is a precursor to positive things beginning to manifest in your life.
It is also the first step in learning to become a hero.
And we all know, right now, the world is in desperate need of them.
