Weekly Tarot Reading for December 25, 2022

It helps if we can get a different perspective on a difficult situation in order to see it through to the end. Also, being able to see something good coming from something bad. We can't make it through by ourselves but need the assistance of others and the spiritual guidance required in order to win. Each card has a positive and negative meaning associated with it. Even though I do not use reverse cards (negative meaning) the cards can be interpreted either way, depending on the energies surrounding the reading. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 1. Situation: The Wheel of Fortune is all about cycles that guide and affect our lives: the 4 seasons, planting and harvesting, birth, life, death, economic, sociological and astrological. These cycles recur in repeating patterns. The Wheel of Fortune also represents Karma. What you sow in life whether good or bad will eventually return to you. 2. Past: The Magician represents untapped power within each of us. Not too long ago we all relied on the nightly news, elected officials and corporations to make decisions for us but this is changing as we are realizing they cannot be trusted with our lives and that we are the key to our own survival. 3. Present: The Hierophant Card (The Pope) represents conformity and sacred tradition. We're now finding out though that religion is much more than we've been led to believe. It doesn't care about its "flock" but only how much money can be extorted from them. They have turned into destructive machines only seeking more wealth, more power and more control over the masses. 4. Destination: The Death card indicates we are headed down a different path as the old one is in the process of being destroyed. Everything we once trusted, believed in and depended upon such as food, fuel to heat our homes and run our cars, jobs, even the weather is taking a drastic turn. 5. Hidden: The Moon represents our subconscious and primal fears. Fear is the driving force of the Devil maintaining us in a constant state of anxiety. 6. Advice: Even though we all are witnessing our world, as we once knew it, seemingly falling apart, there are other forces working in the background to correct things and reassemble them in their rightful order. This card reminds us that there is a Higher and more Benevolent Power in charge and not to fall into despair but believe that, in the end, everything will work out for the betterment of all. 7. Outcome: The Temperance Card means holding back - doing things in moderation - you can't wait to take a swing at your opponent but now is not the time. You decide there's a better way to tackle your grievances that will end up benefitting everyone involved. 8. The Devil Card sums up the reading and instructs all of us, "Know Your Enemy." Understand that there have always been both positive and negative forces on this planet in the form of people, angels and demons. Right now, the demonic realm is doing everything in its power to bring us down, but the more people who wake up and start taking an active role in seeing this doesn't happen, the better our chances for success. Humility What is It?

Yesterday was one for the record books.
Never before have I seen the weather behave the way it did.
Meteorologists warned about a flash freeze and record cold temperatures but actually experiencing one was one for the record books.
Yesterday morning it was 48 degrees at 9:00 a.m. and then, at 9:51 a powerful and frigid gust front hit.
By 11:00 a.m.it was 23 degrees and an hour later it was in the single digits.
Definition of a "Flash Freeze."
I have livestock and dogs and it took me 4 days to prepare for this storm: forking hay into calf chutes, a horse barn and a hoop house, making sure stock tanks didn't freeze, and that I had plenty of feed on hand.
I'm glad I took the time to do all this as it really paid off (even though I didn't know it at the time I was just working my butt off and praying it would) as it hopefully would mean the difference between animals freezing to death or surviving.
I was especially concerned with my two little dogs, Max and Pep, so I stuffed their shelter with as much hay as well.
As darkness fell and the wind calmed down, I noted the frigid temperature - 8 degrees.
I lit two candles in the living room to keep myself company and cheer up my spirits as I wrapped myself in a warm blanket.
I prayed all night long that I had done enough for my animals and pictured an angel hovering over the doghouse protecting Max and Pep.
In the morning the first thing I did was go out and check on the two dogs.
I was relieved when I saw both of them emerging from their doghouse to greet me.
All this got me to thinking, the world is changing.
Think about all the shortages we have now, - fuel, heating oil, food and grain, etc.
These are the staples, the things we have always counted on.
Look at the weather and how it's changing and the massive winter storm that just impacted most of the country.
A winter storm so massive and powerful the meteorologists are now admitting they didn't really know just how much of an impact it would have.
Our world, our weather, is changing but so are we.
And the result is we are beginning to experience humility, "we can't handle everything by ourselves".
That technology and science aren't the answer but something else is.
It is the human spirit realizing that it can't go it alone, that it needs something vastly more powerful in order to get through the challenging times ahead.
I prayed all night long that I had "done enough."
I pictured an angel hovering over the doghouse protecting my two little companions inside.
I prayed my livestock would make it through to see the light of a new day.
I told God how much I loved Him.

We have lost touch with The Creator, but He is rapidly bringing us back into His fold by the painful experiences now taking place.
If you haven't noticed, Humanity is in the midst of massive change.
We are finding, you cannot reach Wisdom (Understanding) until you fall on your knees.
Sanctuary is where we're headed as we're finally learning that we are not in control, God is.
Isn't it time we gave credit where credit is due?

When Will There Be Lasting Peace?

Do I know why we're all seeing an increase in chaotic events happening in the world?
No, I don't.
I do know that Chaos, not Peace has always ruled here.
And now, more than ever chaos is occurring all over the world and with no end in sight.
This is madness.
So, who, really, is in charge down here?
Is it Satan or God?
Again, another question I don't have an answer to, but it sure looks like one of them has the upper hand.
Just what is stopping us from finding the means to live together peacefully?
Who is behind this malevolent agenda of pain, loss and sorrow down here?
Presently, Humanity is supposedly ascending (rising) in Consciousness.
What that means is we're moving from what doesn't work anymore to living in harmony with one another.
But does this appear to be happening because it seems that things are only getting worse.
Seeing I can't figure out the answer to these questions and nobody else can, I am turning to our celestial neighbors and spirit guides for help.
"When is permanent Peace going to be installed on Planet Earth"?

Past represents our ancestral roots, those guides and healers who were exalted as spiritual advisors, shamans, guides and healers.
