Time to Bone Up

It's pretty painful to come face to face with that part of you that just refuses to seek redemption. We can all agree that the world is in a mess. Why is this? I think we're at a point where the human being needs to be deconstructed right down to its very bones and then reconstructed. No, not that way! Not by nuclear war or other means too horrible to imagine but being forced to undergo an in-depth and painful analysis of who the heck we are. The ones who are trying to make a meaningful difference in the world (if you know who you are would you please come forward) are being outweighed by those who don't give two hoots in hell. Powerful people with powerful interests playing chess with people's lives. We all are complicit in this. What's the point of our existing on this giant blue ball that has just the right temperature, just the right mix of air for us to breathe, a warm sun at just the right distance and a lovely lunar orb to ponder if we continue to wipe each other out? When are we going to stop waking up day after day having to listen to some horrible news of murder and rape, drug overdoses, one country invading the other, a mother abandoning her children? The negative energy that is infecting this entire planet needs to be confronted head on by a full frontal assault. It needs to be penetrated, subjugated and eradicated. Negativity feeds on itself. It's time to reassess our bone structure. I am calling on all of us to take a moment out of each day and ponder where we are all headed. Please pray for humanity.

I am a Daughter of the Revolution. My blood has stained the ground. In this cherished land my boots have trod. In this cherished land my fears have gnawed- but I've thrown them off with a guffaw. With musket, powder, cloak and dagger, I am unlike polities swagger, for I am honour bound. The trees, my cover, the babbling brook, await the line I bait with hook. For up ahead opposition lies. And I am one and they are five. Covert and silent, I know the drill, as I creep across yon silent hill. I push aside locks grazing brow and grasp my

The Spirit Within

There's a part of me I'll never know that long lost Indian of many moons ago my daughter's name was Many Bluebells with spittled hair and sweated brow and forced to run the gauntlet now that led us all right straight to hell the muted sun the frozen ground nothing making any sound bodies lying all around staring faces with grimaces upon a bunch of primitives this I was told not long ago and one I hope to more deeply know.
