Reading: Kingdoms and Rulers are Falling
The Shadow Card depicts a tower being hit by lightning bolts and people falling from the windows. It signifies kingdoms and people falling, defeated under the weight of events. An irremediable end to a situation.
The Past Card is a card of focus and maintaining balance. Instead of letting a situation get away from you, keep your hands on reins, so to speak, in order to successfully navigate your path.
The Present Card shows a man who, for reasons known only to himself, has retreated from the world in favor of seclusion and isolation in order to sort things out.
The Destination Card shows what will happen or possibly who will show up in the future.
In this particular case the card depicts a wealthy and contented individual (note the smile on his face) who obviously listened to his advisors and made good business decisions in order to have a successful retirement. Because of these choices, he is now able to enjoy the fruits of his labor.
The Hidden Card shows a man of possibly, unsavory character. He comes across as very charming but underneath can't be trusted. I'd go so far as to say that he borders on being a Sociopath or a Psychopath or a little of both. A very ruthless individual who will sacrifice anything or anyone in order to achieve his fiendish goals.
The Advice Card tells us what we need to do or not do depending on our situation. It relates to the Hidden Card and shows a man walking in his garden. Obviously, he is aware that things aren't growing very well and is depressed because of this. Growing a garden takes time as well as planning along with all the necessary ingredients in order to be successful. This card is all about the garden failing (metaphor) due to the individual's poor planning and bad business decisions.
The Outcome Card is a very positive card meaning the successful completion of something a project, a goal of some kind or quite possibly, the end of a war. A difficult situation is behind us and a new and more positive cycle beginning.
I like to think of this card as the World Finally Coming Together.
I believe this spread has to do with Vladimir Putin invading the Ukraine and, ultimately, what will happen. Here is some information you may find interesting:

Vladimir means in Slavic, "Great Ruler" and in Russian, "Peace, World."
Putin means "One who travels along the road."
