| "We are but a small speck in a much bigger picture" |
Folks, we're coming up on some sort of "reckoning" (a settlement of accounts) in 2023.
I don't know what it is but I'm telling you, whatever "it is", it is going to happen.
How many times have you walked outside your house or apartment, jumped in your car, turned the key, without even bothering to look around you - at the sun and the sky, listen to the birds chirping happily in the trees, or watch puffy white giant clouds gliding silently across the sky?
What about watching the sun set, at close of day - how many of you have actually taken the time to watch this free and beautiful light show that doesn't cost a dime?
You are missing out on simple yet extraordinary and miraculous events that take place in our lives every single day.
What is gratitude? - it's all about Thankfulness.
Thanking God for being in the right place at the right time, acknowledging His wondrous gifts such as waking up every morning to a loving family or partner, good health or a job you love?
How many of you know you need forgiveness but haven't bothered to ask for it - it's free.
If you haven't bothered to do these things, you need to start now.
Because the time is fast approaching where we will be prevented from doing so.
When we're all finally face to face with the rabid beast lurking among us, we'll remember those special moments, the beauty and peace and how complete and whole we felt but more importantly, that we took the time to show our gratitude.
