"The Mistress of the Dark"

SITUATION:  What is presently happening:  The Justice Card stands for realignment; bringing things back into balance.  It is closely related to X The Wheel of Fortune Card meaning Karma, cause and affect.

CHALLENGE:  We are waking up to Truth.  The Death Card symbolizes Rebirth - that one door is closing (dying) and another one opening.  It can stand for physical death but also represents those things that no longer serve us.  Examples are governments, leaders, education, religion, systems and institutions that control our safety, our health, food and water.

The UN is a big one.

GUIDANCE:  The Chariot stands for focus and reminds us we can't be focused if we're constantly distracted.  In order to walk straight you have to put one foot in front of the other, not wobbling all over the place.  It is asking us to take a good hard look at ourselves, what is getting in our way and weeding out those things that are harming us and leading us astray.

HIDDEN:  The Emperor stands for Authority.  The picture reminds me of the Legend of King Arthur and the sword in the stone.  The sword, as a weapon means the ability to protect and conquer.  The sword embedded in stone has a different meaning altogether:  A symbol of authority and strength, waiting for the rightful heir to claim it.  In the Legend of King Arthur only the "true" King of England would be able to pull the sword from the stone, proving his rightful claim to the throne.

Isn't this what we see playing out now?

OUTCOME:  The Moon stands for Fear, Mystery, Illusions, Dreams, Emotions.  Think of II The High Priestess Card who is connected to the moon meaning mystery, intuition, and the unconscious mind.  I like to refer to her as "The Mistress of the Dark".  The Moon Card brings our fears to the surface while the High Priestess is asking us to acknowledge and confront them.  How can you move forward in life if fear is constantly calling the shots?  Now is the time to do a deep dive into ourselves and uncover the mysteries within and an integral part of the birthing process (see XIII The Death Card) in The CHALLENGE position.

LOWER LEFT:  SUMMARY #1:  XV The Devil represents all that's wrong in the world.  But, guess what, his scary mask can't frighten us anymore and he knows it.  That's why we're seeing a continuation and acceleration of evil in the world.  He's behind all of this and making his final move before he's taken down.

LOWER LEFT:  SUMMARY #2:  XII The Hanged Man means Ego, the one thing that is holding all of us back from becoming the best we can be.  He came he saw he failed.  He came again, he saw he made a little progress and so forth.  Until we learn to put our egos behind us and embrace the Light in front of us we will continue to stumble and fall.

Humanity is at a crossroads we are on the winning side or on the losing side.  It is really, all up to us as we have a choice.  We can continue on a path of liberation from the dark forces or choose to go down with the Devil.

LOWER RIGHT (Hecate Oracle) #22 The Lantern - "Continue to Shine Your Light"
LOWER RIGHT (Hecate Oracle) #3 The Lock - "Coming Together"

The numerical value of this reading is 8:  Change, Rebirth, Re-evaluation

Adding Summary Card 1 is 5:  Instability; conflict and loss, opportunity for change

Adding Summary Card 2 is:  8:  Change, Rebirth, Re-evaluation

Total is 3:  Initial achievement of Goals, Growth and Opportunity, Communication and Friendships
