When you come to the realization that you don't belong to "you" that "you" are here on this planet to make a difference, that you are here for a purpose, it is something that changes your whole life. When you realize that you can be in any situation, bad or good, and instinctively "know" that everything is going to turn out for the best, as the universe has already decided, it changes your whole life. When you look up at the stars at night and feel connected to them, a part of them, part of a much larger picture, it changes your whole life. When you walk by a tree and can feel it breathing, when its leafy canopy falls gently over and around you, sheltering you and you wrap your arms around it in a loving embrace and can feel its heart beat, it changes your whole life. When a small animal is in its death throes and you pick it up and hold it close and its breathing slows down while you continue to communicate compassion and healing messages to it and into it, knowing and feeling its pain as it takes its last breath, it changes your whole life. When you see war and death and pain and suffering, sorrow and rage and hate and wrongdoing, cruelty and despair and know that this is only temporary and that with one thought you can end it all and change the world, it changes your whole life. We are all connected, one with the other, part of a vast and beautiful universe. Continue to strive toward the light--arm and arm and heart to heart as we are all together in this fight.
