Courage

I can cry with you

  And hug you

And, I can feel your pain

But I cannot give you courage

For this you only can obtain  

I can sing a song of hope

I can sing a song of praise

I can feel for you and love you

But only you can find your way

Courage is a virtue

  And something hard to find

It eludes us, it escapes us

But to all its been assigned

We need to put the effort in

We need to look without, within

We need to look

In every corner, cranny, nook

For courage is indeed well worth it

Don’t give up but still pursue it

For it will make the difference

Whether you win or lose

For courage is not judgmental

And, it’s really up to you
